My favorite session was the “10 Ways to Cultivate a Compliance Culture”. The speakers were motivating and created a sense of pride in the Compliance role. Stop the Isolation was the best tip. Compliance can be a very isolating role, so we have to be intentional to get out of the office and spend time with the business learning more about them and their challenges so that we may be better partners. We all are seeking the same thing, which is to grow our business and mitigate compliance risks that could negatively impact growth. So, we can achieve it when we partner together to win as one team.
