I have been a CHC for several years, having attended Academies and Regional conferences but never an Institute. The Regional conferences and Academies seem to be designed to scare you half to death as you hear of everything that you can potentially screw up or omit.
The Institute is different: instead of being scared, I am inspired. Great speakers, relevant topics and incredible attendees. I am sold.
