Once again, way to go HCCA, with another informative conference. The topics were relevant to the current assessments and activities I’m currently working on in Compliance. The focus on Compliance Program Effectiveness and the critical role of compliance in Medicare Advantage organizations . I gleaned some very useful information to take back to my Chief Operating Officer, senior management team and Board of Directors. The opportunity to network with my peers has been invaluable in discerning what I need to do to continually improve the effectiveness of my compliance program. The vendors present at the event allowed me to complete one of my annual goals and objectives wherein I was charged with researching monitoring tools to better provide dashboard information to the organization in a comprehensive format utilizing current benchmarks focused on the new audit protocols… Kudos HCCA … Keep doing what you are doing !!!
