So hopefully you have all read Lisa’s and Darren’s blog posted a littler earlier, and if not please take a few minutes to read them in order to gain a full understanding of what we will be talking about on Wednesday at 8:00am at our session on Challenges of Organizational Restructures: Keeping Ethics in the Forefront.
In addition to what Darren and Lisa have already mentioned, we also plan on talking about how employees can have a positive impact on these changes during very stressful times. We will share some things that we do in our own business and also talk about what we as Ethics and Compliance can do to help mitigate potential issues.
We know this is the last day of the conference and many of you may have planes to catch on Wednesday as well, but even if you can spare an hour in the morning before you head to the airport, we would love to hear about your experiences in order to help all of us deal with the inevitable restructuring we will all deal with at some point.
