It’s my second time around at HCCAci. Already I’ve applied my learning from my rookie year – don’t bring a separate bag because the awesome SWAG bag is awesome! As I reconnect with friends met last year, and meet fantastic compliance colleagues, here is the message I’d like to send to fellow healthcare vendors, like myself: Sharing is caring!
As a healthcare vendor, a lot of what I learn at HCCAci doesn’t apply directly to me or my company. But the compliance officers and risk managers with whom I work every day (who aren’t able to attend HCCAci) definitely appreciate the knowledge I learn and share. So, if you’re a vendor, branch out! Learn something new and take it home with you. You’ll have a better understanding of what your clients face every day, and you may be able to point them in the direction of an HCCA article or webinar or to one of the many fantastic exhibitors.
