The Sunday Pre-Conference was outstanding! I particularly enjoyed the Compliance Office of the Future session. The presentation kicked off the day and provided a great overview of the type of service Compliance and Internal Audit need to provide to the business areas in order to be effective in the complex regulatory world we operate in today. The remaining sessions were valuable as well. It was a day well spent, and left my mind swirling with ideas about how to improve and enhance the Compliance and Internal Audit programs I oversee at my health plan. I am excited to see what the next two days of the conference hold!
