Professional Experience:

Partner in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Import/Export, Agribusiness and Corporate Image Management. She has worked almost 20 years in corporate mergers and acquisitions and has vast experience in assisting foreign investors and in contracts in general. Shin is also specialized in corporate image preservation issues and in the strategic coordination of actions involving government relations and corporate investigations. In addition, she is the head of the Asian Desk and co-head of the Compliance practice group of TozziniFreire.
