SCCE conference is going great. My best take-away so far was the Form I-9 Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies session. This was a very informative session. Alessandro Bortoltti was an excellent speaker in explaining the ins and out of being in compliance when completing and storing the I-9 form. I was actually unaware of the importance of the I-9 form until today. I had no idea that incorrectly completing and storing the forms can learned about how not storing the forms can actually lead up to compliance issues. Thank you SCCE for a well-organized conference!!
