In today’s digital age, a company’s values, ethics, and commitment to doing good have reached the forefront of consumer consciousness.
A 2017 Cone Communications CSR study found that 87% of consumers will purchase a product because a company advocated for an issue they cared about. Conversely, 76% will refuse to purchase if they feel that organization supported an issue contrary to their beliefs.
